The normal process when buying a golfing property is to look at several developments and make a purchasing decision from one or more of those developments. This is where through experience of being a pro-golfer and of conversations with clients that the course was not exactly to there requirements and that it should have been a bigger factor when purchasing the property.
There are many factors to consider such as:
Examples: To hilly, hard, easy, short, Long, expensive, not exclusive enough, badly maintained, to busy etc. The last thing you want is to be a golfer off 24 handicap and find that the property you have brought is on the hardest and narrowest golf course around and end up loosing 10 balls a round, that’s no fun for anyone.
The Golf World Properties concept is firstly to view the website and get up to date and accurate information about the different courses available along the coast.
Then each course has information about the development with pricing and any other information relating to that particular development i.e. clubhouse, resort, membership, equestrian centre etc
The next step is for client to liaise with us in relation to establishing there requirements. Once we have a good idea of the price, qualities, location etc we will narrow the choice down based around discussions with the client.
This is where our tours are different, rather than just looking at the properties, you will play the relevant courses first, to establish the course is the right one for you, we will then view the properties and services associated to that course. There is an option that one of the rounds you will be joined by a professional golfer for some hints and tips.
The viewing trips can be tailor made to each individual’s requirements and can be from two - seven days or longer. If you are on your own you are welcome to bring other golfing partners to make it more of a holiday.
